Wasn't the future wonderful?

Sold: One Time Machine

Darn, missed it! Evidently someone sold a time machine on eBay a few days ago. I just came across a handful of press references to it, all dated about a week ago. A California man listed a contraption (described in one report as looking "suspiciously like a wall heater") he said he found under the house he bought. The thing has a plaque on it that reads: "Time Machine Built in the Year 2239 by Dr. J S Strauss. To whomever uses this machine, may it be for exploration and for the good of all Mankind." Although the seller noted that the time machine was not in working condition, he still received 45 bids and almost $650 for it.
