Wasn't the Future Wonderful?

Wasn't the Future Wonderful? That's the marvelous title of a wonderful book showing how magazine writers and artists, working in the depth of the Depression, envisioned the future (subtitle: A View of Trends and Technology from the 1930's). Unfortunately the book is out of print. And although you can find used copies, the price is a bit steep (last time I checked, anyway). But if you're interested, here's one possible source.
