Future Perfect

Commentary and news section of the Golf In The Year 2000 web site, which includes the book of that title.

Tracking news about the site and book and commenting on speculative fiction, Victorian-era literature, technology, futurism, life extension, extropianism and ... maybe ... golf.

Wasn't the future wonderful?

Golf in the Year 2000: Site Map

Hope you enjoy our Future Perfect blog. From time to time I feel it my duty to call attention to our main site, Golf in the Year 2000.

Be sure and read the book. If you enjoy old-timey science fiction or Victorian-era literature at its most charming, I think you'll like it--even if you have no interest in golf. This article gives some background on the book as well as some history of how it came to be published on the web. This article tells more about the author, J. McCullough, or "J.A.C.K."

The contents of the book are:

Preface and table of contents
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
Chapter 4
Chapter 5
Chapter 6
Chapter 7
Chapter 8
Chapter 9
Chapter 10

Our very own online golf store may be found here.

Alexander J. Gibson Day(s) is (are?) over for this year, but be sure to learn what it's all about and get ready for next year's celebration.
