Transhumanism in Venezuela
Transhumanism, like the related extropianism, is one of the movements we take an interest in here at Future Perfect. We note that this year's international transhumanist conference will take place in Caracas, Venezuela, July 22-24, 2005.
The theme will be "The contributions of emerging technologies to sustainable development in the planet, both in the developed and developing world, and in particular the impact of human enhancement technologies on global health and economic development. How to achieve better, longer and healthier lives for everyone."
