Forever Young: Eat Your Medicine

Although I take a number of vitamins and other nutrients in supplement form as part of my personal antiaging regimen, I'm convinced that there are a handful of foods that can also contribute, in a signicant way, to a long, healthy and youthful life. Hara Estroff Marano, in an article over at eDiets, includes several of my favorites in a list of "functional foods"--or, "foods with the power of drugs." If you want to know exactly why it's a such a good thing to consume lots of blueberries, green tea, grapes, salmon, curry, spinach, oatmeal and tomatoes, be sure and give the article a look.
